Revision Policy
We believe your satisfaction is everything. Depending on your chosen package, you can request unlimited revisions no extra charges as long as the core design and concept remain true to your original vision. We aim to complete revisions within 48 hours because your time matters to us.
Refund Policy
Your trust means the world to us, and we’re committed to delivering exactly what you envision. Here’s how refunds work to keep things fair for everyone:
Refunds are available only if you request them before we deliver the initial design concepts. After that, once you approve or request changes, refunds are no longer possible.
If you ask for a refund before the initial design delivery, you’ll receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
Requests made within 48 hours after delivery will get a 66% refund (less 10% processing fee).
Requests made between 48 to 96 hours after delivery qualify for a 33% refund (less 10% processing fee).
After 96 hours, we can’t offer refunds, but we’re always here to listen and make things right.
If you become unresponsive for 5 working days or don’t act on your order for 7 working days, refund requests won’t be accepted.
Refunds don’t apply after the final files have been delivered.
For website packages, refunds aren’t possible once the initial design mockups or inner pages have been approved by you.
All refund requests should be directed to our support team. We review each case carefully to ensure fairness and transparency.
Respect & Professionalism
We value respect and kindness. Both you and The Hyper Horizon team agree to avoid any public criticism, attacks, or negativity toward each other or our team members on social media, forums, or any public platforms—during and after our collaboration. If this agreement is broken, reasonable compensation may be required.
Honest Work & Unique Designs
We believe in honesty and quality. If we discover that a design is unintentionally similar to an existing one, we’ll work with you to create something fresh and unique. It’s your responsibility to handle copyright registration.
Please note: placing multiple orders with different agencies to claim refunds is not considered honest and may result in declined requests.

Domain & Hosting
With applicable packages, we provide domain and hosting services free of charge. Email accounts linked to your website can be set up on popular software like Outlook. If you choose to host your site elsewhere, email accounts won’t be included.
Delivery Policy
We deliver your design files to your account on the date specified in your order confirmation. You’ll also receive an email notification. Customized orders are typically delivered within 5 to 7 days after we receive your order.
Need your design sooner? We offer a Rush Delivery service get your first logo within 24 hours for an additional $100. Contact customer support to learn more.
Record Keeping
We securely archive your final designs. If you ever need the files again, just ask, and we’ll send them to you.
